New warehouse for GTLS in the Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki logistics park Poland, advised by AXI IMMO agency

GTLS, a company that specialises in road transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and transshipment services, has joined the ranks of tenants at the Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki logistics park. AXI IMMO advised the tenant on the transaction.

GTLS is a dynamically growing logistics company, present on the market since 2020. The decision to lease nearly 2,900 square meters of modern warehouse and office space in Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki is another step in its expansion and strengthens its position in the logistics services sector.

The Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki A modern logistics park is located in Chlebnia, just off the A2 highway and 15 minutes from the centre of Warsaw. Ultimately, the investment will comprise two warehouse buildings with a total area of 88,000 square meters. The first building, spanning over 51,000 square meters, has already been completed, and due to high interest in the investment, only a few spaces remain available for lease.
