GTLS focuses on development in the Warsaw metropolitan area

GTLS is a dynamically growing logistics company, present on the market since 2020. The decision to lease nearly 2,900 square meters of modern warehouse and office space in Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki is another step in its expansion and strengthens its position in the logistics services sector.

The Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki A modern logistics park is located in Chlebnia, just off the A2 highway and 15 minutes from the centre of Warsaw. Ultimately, the investment will comprise two warehouse buildings with a total area of 88,000 square meters. The first building, spanning over 51,000 square metres, has already been completed, and due to high interest in the investment, only a few spaces remain available for lease.

The A-Class facilities were designed in accordance with the highest technological standards and sustainable development principles. Plans include BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, a photovoltaic installation, and numerous environmentally friendly solutions. The park offers storage heights of up to 12 metres, a floor load capacity of 8 t/sq m, a fire load exceeding 4,000 MJ/sq m, and natural day lighting of up to 3%.
