The planned project will be realized in Lublin, Męczenników Majdanka St. Plot has been sold by Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy in Lublin – it’s investment plot with total space of 17 ha. Total park space will be 70,000 sq m. It will be one of the biggest logistics park in surrounding regions. The contract value is more than 4.5  mln EUR.

It’s next project of Panattoni in few popular locations – in Rzeszow, podkarpackie region, there is Panattoni Park Rzeszów under construction; total space will be 39,000 sq m. In the first step into operation will be delivered 28,000 sq m of warehouse space. It’s first big warehouse project in this region. The project will be put into operation in 3Q 2015.
