As of May 2024, Maciej Kaminski joins the AXI IMMO Services team as Head Of Business Development. His main task will be formulating and implementing business development strategies and negotiating and concluding contracts in the company’s business area. His extensive industry experience will significantly contribute to the company’s further growth and expansion in the commercial real estate market. 

Maciej Kaminski’s over 20 years of professional career in the commercial property market is a testament to his leadership and management skills. From 2003 to 2014, he managed office buildings as a Facility and Property Manager. In 2014, he was promoted to lead a 20-person team, managing over 350,000 sqm. His strategic insight was recognized when he was appointed vice-president of Buma Service sp. z o.o. in 2017, a role that marked a new level of responsibility. From 2019 to 2023, he led a 30-person management team at Globalworth Poland, managing commercial buildings of more than 600,000 sqm.
