Łazienkaplus.pl leases more space at MLP Poznań
Łazienkaplus.pl has leased an additional warehouse at MLP Poznań. AXI IMMO advised the Internet leader in the sale of bathroom equipment at Łazienkaplus.pl

The online leader in the sales of bathroom equipment in Poland leases additionally almost 4,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at the MLP Poznań logistics park. The adviser in the transaction was AXI IMMO, a real estate agency.
Łazienkaplus.pl on a larger area
With a more than 13-year long presence on the Polish online market, Łazienkaplus.pl is a leader in the online sale of bathroom equipment. It distributes and sells many renowned brands which, together with the łazienkaplus.pl website, grow each year and consistently strengthen their market position.
Łazienkaplus.pl and MLP Group have signed an agreement to expand the warehouse space leased by Łazienkaplus.pl at the MLP Poznań logistics park by almost 4,000 sqm. As a result, the space available to Łazienkaplus.pl, MLP Group’s tenant since 2017, has risen to approximately 9,000 sqm. The finished facility is to be handed over to the customer in Q1 2021.

The logistics park in Poznań still offers significant expansion potential, allowing us to cater for the needs of both existing and prospective tenants,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Sales Director at MLP Group S.A.
Win-win transaction
“The expansion of Łazienkaplus.pl within the MLP Poznań logistics park was successful due to several factors. For some time, the tenant had been signalling its intention to increase the leased space in view of the fast-growing popularity of its products,” said Piotr Roszkowski, Senior Industrial & Logistics Consultant, AXI IMMO.
“The client emphasised its satisfaction with both the cooperation with the developer and with the already delivered space, which met all of its requirements both with regard to logistics, technical aspects and the standard of the property as such. This is why it is safe to say that the decision to expand is a perfect example of a win-win transaction. The client stays in a familiar location and is provided with an opportunity for further growth, while the benefit for the lessor, that is MLP, is that it rents some of its newly-built warehouse park and retains in its portfolio yet another satisfied tenant,” added Piotr Roszkowski.
MLP Poznań warehouse and production center
The MLP Poznań logistics centre is located in Koninko, near the S11 expressway connecting Poznań and Katowice. The park is situated approximately 16 km from the centre of Poznań and 4 km from the A2 motorway. Ultimately, the MLP Poznań project will offer approximately 90,000 m2 of cutting-edge warehouse and production space.
