HSNF renews lease at Prologis Park Poznań I – Beauty sector tenant continues operations in Greater Poland
HSNF continues its logistics operations in Poland in Poznan region

HSNF, a company operating in the beauty sector, has renewed its lease for approx. 2,300 sq m of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Poznań I. AXI IMMO, the largest Polish advisory firm on the commercial real estate market, represented the tenant in the transaction.
HSNF remains in Poland
HSNF is a UK-based e-commerce company specializing in the sale of beauty and wellness products. Since 2009, it has been developing its cosmetic brands and selling online in more than 20 countries, fulfilling over one million orders annually. With offices in London, Tel Aviv, and Hong Kong, the company has been operating in the Greater Poland region for several years, serving both wholesale and retail customers.
Jeet Saini, Operations Director, HSNF, commented: “Our decision to renew the lease was guided by a thorough review of our operational needs and long-term development plans in Poland. The location’s established infrastructure and favourable lease terms not only ensure efficiency in our logistics operations but also create a comfortable work environment for our team.”
AXI IMMO advises HSNF on the extension of the lease agreement
HSNF continues to lease 2,130 sq m of warehouse space, supplemented by 170 sq m of office and social space within Prologis Park Poznań I.
Piotr Roszkowski, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO, said: “This lease renewal is a great example of a win-win deal. Key to the process was a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives and the landlord’s collaborative approach. HSNF benefits from operational continuity in a proven location, while the property owner gains a long-term, loyal tenant.”
Iwona Kotulska, Leasing & Customer Experience Manager, Prologis, added: “A lease renewal is always a strong endorsement of the relationship we build with our customers. One factor that influenced HSNF’s decision to stay was our unique Clear Lease® offering. It’s a simple and transparent leasing model with fixed operating costs throughout the lease term, covering standard services like maintenance, repairs, and administrative fees. Public charges, such as property taxes and utilities, are billed separately based on actual usage and official rates. Clear Lease® ensures cost predictability and eliminates unexpected expenses, giving tenants full control over their budgets.”
A logistics centre in a strategic location in the Poznań area

The park consists of three warehouse and office buildings totalling 43,108 sq m. Strategically positioned near the Swadzim interchange, which connects National Road 92 and S11 Expressway — one of the main bypass routes around Poznań — the site offers flexible configurations for distribution, light manufacturing, or assembly operations. Tenants benefit from 24/7 security, spacious manoeuvring yards, and ample parking. The park boasts modern infrastructure and can be tailored to meet individual operational requirements.
