Fabryka Mebli AKORD is relocating its main warehouse to the modern logistics center MLP Teresin. The decision to choose this location was driven, among other factors, by the possibility of high storage, which will enable the optimization of logistics processes and further development. Fabryka Mebli AKORD will gain full access to the facility at the beginning of September this year. The tenant was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO.

New logistics centre of the Fabryka Mebli AKORD in Teresin near Warsaw

MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Teresin logistics center. Fabryka Mebli AKORD has contracted a total of approximately 21,800 m² of modern warehouse space. Around 21,200 m² will be allocated for storage, while the remaining space will be used for office and social facilities. Under the agreement, the tenant will receive early access at the beginning of April this year, with full handover scheduled for early September. AXI IMMO facilitated the transaction.
