Eveline Cosmetics prolongs cooperation with SEGRO in Tulipan Park Warszawa
SEGRO and Eveline have prolonged lease contract.

SEGRO, a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial properties and Eveline, the biggest Polish cosmetic producer, have prolonged lease contract for approx. 3,300 sq m of warehousing space within the premises of Tulipan Park Warszawa. The companies have been working together since 2010.
Eveline is the biggest Polish cosmetic producer and exporter. The brand is well recognised and popular in over 70 countries e.g. in Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus) and Central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary). The brand gained popularity also in Balkan countries i.e. in Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania and Croatia and even in such distant locations as: Korea, Finland, Iran and Saudi Arabia. Dynamic development of the company on new markets and constant strengthening of the company position is reflected by the sales figures, namely 70 million pieces a year.
“Taking into account the global reach of our company, we have been searching for a convenient location, allowing smooth distribution of our goods. Tulipan Park Warszawa, thanks to the proximity of Warsaw and major transport routes, fulfils our expectations splendidly. Furthermore, our cooperation with SEGRO has been successful, and thus we decided to continue this process,” comments on the agreement Zbigniew Durka, Deputy Director for Logistics Eveline Cosmetics.
“We are very pleased with the extension of our cooperation with Eveline Cosmetics and we hope for its fruitful development in the future. The contract is a confirmation of Warsaw’s dominant position on the warehouse map of Poland. Central location, the biggest market and continuously improving road infrastructure renders the location a perfect address for companies with not only regional, but also – as in the case of Eveline – global ambitions. This very conviction guides SEGRO’s strategy aiming at increasing our presence in the selected largest conurbations. Tulipan Park Warszawa is one of three SEGRO’s objects located in the Warsaw region. The other two are SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ożarów and SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań,” – explains Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO’s Business Unit Director Central Europe.
