Eurologis Logistics Center changed the owner. Park located in the vicinity of Wrocław with an area of 21,500 sq m, was acquired by the M7 Real Estate fund. AXI IMMO represented the seller Eurologis Sp. Z o.o. S.K and Eurologis II Sp. z o. o. S.K. in the transaction.
Eurologis Logistics Center are modern facilities a total of 21,500 sq m of warehouse and office space, which are located in Długołęka and Oleśnica, north-east of Wrocław. The facilities are located on the S8 / E67 expressway, which allows for convenient connection with the central part of the country and Warsaw.

The attractive Wrocław market
Wrocław is one of the most dynamically developing markets, its warehouse resources have grown by over 240% over the decade, reaching at the end of 2018 the level of 1.85 million sq m. The city is an important industrial, logistic and commercial centre, whose attractiveness is still growing, which confirms the generated demand – in 2018 it was almost 9% higher than in 2017 (450,000 sq m).
The attractiveness of the Wrocław market results from its economic and demographic potential, its location close to the borders with its western neighbours as well as the developed road infrastructure. There are 6 district roads, S8 expressway and the A4 motorway, allowing fast connection with Katowice (200 km) and Dresden (270 km). In the whole Lower Silesia, there are about 147 km of expressways at the planning and implementation stage, to be completed by 2025. Due to the continuous development and improvement of infrastructure in the region, they most often look for warehouse space of the company from the e-commerce sector and logistics. Lower Silesia is also enjoying an increasingly stronger position in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
