Panattoni Park Gliwice III has welcomed a new tenant: Euro Pool System. The company is a part of Euro Pool Group and it is the leader in the field of reusable packaging in the European fresh supply chain. It provides a combination of logistics services and reusable packaging based on rental and return. Euro Pool System’s reusable trays are used by producers, transporters, processing companies and retailers.

Euro Pool System has around 50 service centres and provides its services in 27 European countries. Polish depots of the company are located in Teresin near Warsaw, Piotrkow Trybunalski (Central Poland) and Gliwice (Upper Silesia), where Euro Pool System has just signed a lease agreement for 8,970 sq m of warehouse space and 560 sq m of office space with Panattoni Europe.

Office and warehouse with increased standards for the Euro Pool System

The developer is preparing a warehouse space for the new tenant in a multitenant building in the Panattoni Park Gliwice III. The building will be adjusted to the specific (technological) needs of Euro Pool System. The warehouse space will be characterized, without limitation, by improved resistance to fire. Moreover, the developer guarantees the warehouse meets the high utilities requirement (especially water), essential for the washing process of Euro Pool System’s reusable trays.

The appropriate technical standard of the warehouse and the terms of delivery and availability of utilities were a priority for us. The new facility in Panattoni Park Gliwice III is dedicated to performing the portfolio of Value Added Service activities for Euro Pool System´s customers in the area of Gliwice.

It was an interesting project for us, because Client was looking for non-standard space and the decision-making process took a long period. Panattoni Park Gliwice III in a strategic location

Panattoni Park Gliwice III is located in Upper Silesian, one of the most rapidly growing regions in Poland. The park is the perfect location for logistics and distribution activities, in the direct vicinity of major traffic junctions and near Czech and Slovakian borders. Currently, it consists of two warehouse buildings with total area of 47,000 sq m. The facilities offer storage, production and office space, which can be adapted to the needs of tenants from various sectors.
