Ekonip Logistics has decided to lease 9,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Logicor logistics park in Mszczonów. AXI IMMO represented Ekonip Logistics in the transaction.

Ekonip Logistics, a company specializing in logistics services for hazardous materials, has decided to lease 9,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Logicor logistics park in Mszczonów. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the transaction.
Ekonip Sp. z o.o. has been providing services related to storing, handling, and transporting chemical materials classified as hazardous (ADR in transportation) for more than 25 years. The company has one of Europe’s most technologically advanced chemical-handling warehouses. In 2020, the company received the prestigious SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment System) and ISO 9001 certifications confirming its stability and reliability.
Arkadiusz Badowski, COO, Ekonip Sp. z o.o., says: ”The new space will complement our central warehouse complex for storing chemicals, classified as a High-Risk Facility, less than 7 km away. The chosen solution will streamline processes related to logistics and effectively affect the organization of transportation. As a company with a well-established position in the market, we were looking for a partner who, like us, is a specialist in his field and, above all, focuses on long-term business relationships”.
The tenant will occupy 9,021 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, complemented by a 157 sqm office and social area.
Pawel Bułajewski, Senior Consultant, Industrial & Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO, explains: “The client had been looking for a long time space that would provide him the possibility of high storage and, secondly, would be in relative proximity to his headquarters. With both factors in mind, we narrowed down the area of available logistics parks to locations near Mszczonów. After presenting the options, the most competitive offer, among other things, in terms of adjusting the area and lease terms, was prepared by Logicor.”

Logicor Mszczonów is a modern warehouse park with six A-class halls totaling over 215,000 sqm. The facility provides tenants with a storage capacity of up to 10 m, dust-free flooring with a load capacity of 5T/sqm, energy-efficient LED lighting, or required fire protection equipment such as a sprinkler system. Logicor Mszczonów provides comfortable conditions for logistics services through spacious maneuvering areas and parking lots for personnel. The distribution center is located on the S8 Warsaw – Katowice road near Mszczonów.
