Deka Trans a new tenant at Panattoni Park Pruszkow II
Deka Trans has signed a lease for nearly 5,000 sq m - with possibility of expanding up to 6,500 sq m, of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Pruszkow II. AXI IMMO has represented the Client in negotiations.

Deka Trans has signed a lease for nearly 5,000 sq m – with possibility of expanding up to 6,500 sq m, of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Pruszkow II. AXI IMMO has represented the Client in negotiations.
Deka Trans is the first tenant which has moved to the newly constructed building of Panattoni Park Pruszkow II. According to the leasing agreement the company has taken 4,800 sq m of warehouse space, with possibility to expand to 6,500 sq m, and 140 sq m of office and social space. The tenant will use the newly-built space as a comprehensive logistic centre for client from packaging industry.
– The new location is the continuation of our dynamic development in Mazovia. We were looking for a modern warehouse space near Warsaw to organising comprehensive logistics service for our client’s factories, which can ensure not only swift transfer of materials and goods, but also high standards of the space and appropriate conditions protecting from dust and moisture during storage – comments Sebastian Pazurek, owner of Deka Trans.
-The recently inaugurated building in Panattoni Park Pruszkow II was the an ideal choice for our client. Its main advantage is location near the A2 motorway, which enables perfect conditions to distribution in the Warsaw area, Central Poland and further to the west directions – adds Danuta Dzierżak, Associate Director Industrial & Logistic AXI IMMO.
Deka Trans – specialist in complex services for manufacturing clients
Deka Trans declares further expansion in the Warsaw region – another projects are under preparation in this area. The company exists from 2009 and provides distribution and storage services. It is specialising in complex services for manufacturing clients, including: taking delivery and management of materials and raw materials, warehousing, transferring to manufacturers and distribution of end-products to final consumers. The company is active across the country, with particular focus on Warsaw and Central Poland regions.
Panattoni Park Pruszków II, which was chosen by tenant, is located next to the A2 motorway junction and near the national road No. 2 (Warsaw-Poznan) providing optimal conditions for distribution to Central Poland. Ultimately, the park will comprise three warehouse buildings, totaling 69,313 sq m of space. The warehouse spaces can be adjusted to the clients needs from various industries. To date, two from three building have been constructed.
