ILD, a European developer of industrial and logistics space, has launched construction of UrbanBox Park Gliwice – an innovative Small Business Units (SBU) warehouse-business complex. The project is strategically located at the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways, just six kilometres from the centre of Gliwice. Ultimately, it will offer thirty functional units tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. The first units are scheduled for delivery in winter 2025.
