Better Workplace will move into CTPark in Katowice in the first quarter of 2024
AXI IMMO again advises Better Workplace, which lease a warehouse for a new distribution center in Upper Silesia.

Better Workplace, a leader in the supply of fruits, vegetables, and juices to offices and manufacturing facilities, has decided to open a new distribution center in Poland. The company will lease over 1,000 sqm of warehouse and office/social space in the modern logistics park CTPark Katowice. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the negotiation process.
Better Workplace (formerly Dailyfruits) has supplied fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and juices to Poland offices and manufacturing facilities for over ten years. Its portfolio includes over 2,000 companies in Warsaw, Katowice, Krakow, Wroclaw, Lodz and Poznan. The company offers a variety of products and nutrition education, helping customers promote a healthy lifestyle. Better Workplace works with some of Poland’s top employers, delivering fruit directly to company kitchens.
A new Better Workplace’s distribution center
Jacek Kwiecień, CEO, Better Workplace, says: “The decision to open a new logistics center was related to the company’s growing expectations and development based on new customers in the Upper Silesia region. Among the expectations presented were a modern and well-connected warehouse park enabling the free distribution of goods in the area and a representative and spacious office and social space corresponding to this space. In addition, we were looking for a module that would guarantee good logo exposure on the property’s facade.”
With the start of 2024, the tenant will occupy 935 sqm of warehouse and distribution space, complementing a spacious office of more than 125 sqm.
Another distribution facility, this time in the Katowice agglomeration
Damian Kinczyk, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, explains: “It’s our another successful cooperation with Better Workplace. After the success of leasing space in Wroclaw and Warsaw, the Client decided to enter a new market, i.e., to be closer to companies located in the Silesian agglomeration. Knowing the previous demand for space, such as adaptation and separation of space for cold storage, we prepared a recommendation of several properties in SBU format, among which, almost from the beginning, the offer prepared by CTP best meets the expectations of Better Workplace”.
Anna Cholewa, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, adds: “The Upper Silesia market has been encouraging companies to locate one of their regional or domestic distribution headquarters within its borders for years. The region’s advantage is its road communication, which provides comfort in serving Clients with, among other things, last mile logistics.”
Bogi Gabrovic, Deputy Country Head at CTP Poland, emphasizes: “Strategic location is among the most important features of the warehouse and production complexes built by CTP. They are located near the country’s major arteries, thus enabling the creation of logistic ecosystems that facilitate connections between other branches or markets that tenants want to reach. It has a positive impact on optimizing and increasing the efficiency of their operations. These advantages have been recognized by Better Workplace, which opened a new distribution center in CTPark Katowice.”
CTPark Katowice
CTPark Katowice is a modern logistics complex consisting of two A-class warehouse halls with an area of approximately 50,000 sqm. The project is located in the heart of Upper Silesia, with easy access to the center of Katowice and the key A1 and A4 highways. The strategic location allows companies to efficiently distribute in the Silesian agglomeration and to other major urban centers in Poland, such as Warsaw, Lodz, Krakow, and Wroclaw, as well as to Germany and the Czech Republic. Tenants can use flexible and easily divisible warehouse modules, gates from level 0, or spacious maneuvering areas. CTP’s investment meets the objectives for obtaining environmental certificates.
