CIJ Awards is an international competition organized for the commercial real estate market by CEE Construction & Investment Journal. This year’s results for the 17th time in a row were announced at the gala CIJ Awards Poland 2018 awards ceremony, which took place on November 6 at the Airport Hotel Okęcie.

CIJ Awards Poland 2018 prizes for AXI IMMO

The AXI IMMO Group company providing comprehensive consulting services on the commercial real estate market has won in two competition categories.

  1. The Best Local Real Estate Agency prize was awarded to the AXI IMMO for the 7th time.
  2. The Leading Female Property Professional was awarded to Renata Osiecka, founder and owner of the largest Polish consulting company on the commercial real estate market in Poland, which has been active on the commercial real estate market for nearly 10 years.

Renata Osiecka has many years of experience in the industry and successfully manages over 50 people team of the AXI IMMO Group specialists. Under her reign, the company grows year-on-year with increasing market shares in particular sectors of commercial real estate, in particular in the warehouse and investment land sectors. In addition, Renata is an active member of RICS and SIOR (International Association of Advisers on the warehouse and office real estate market), in which she has been the President of the European Section of SIOR for the last two years.
