AXI IMMO helps to develop PYC-SPORT in Łódź
AXI IMMO helps to develop PYC-SPORT in Łódź, as a result of which PYC-SPORT moves to Panattoni Park Business Center Lodz II - a city warehouse close to the Łódź city center.

The PYC-SPORT company, a producer and distributor of professional sports equipment, has decided to lease over 3,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź II distribution park. AXI IMMO was responsible for strategic consultancy in analysing potential locations and representing the tenant in the negotiation process.
The PYC-SPORT company distributes professional sports equipment for children and adults. Its portfolio includes four brands (CROXER, PATHRON, RAVEN and ZETHUM) offering roller skates, roller skates, scooters, cross-country bikes and snowboard equipment. The company was founded in 2004, and since 2012 it has been distributing to 14 countries.
New PYC-SPORT warehouse and offices in Łódź in a location good for employees
“Both the organizational culture and the adopted development strategy of our company focus on the smallest unit, i.e. employees, who allow us to develop constantly. Planning to relocate to a new headquarters, despite more favorable conditions and offers in other parts of Łódź, we decided to stay in the east of the city, in a location that would allow our staff easy access to public transport and retain existing jobs.”– explains Marcin Pyć, PYC-SPORT owner.
PYC-SPORT will ultimately occupy over 2,600 sqm of warehouse space in the Panattoni Business Center Łódź II logistics center, complemented by nearly 390 sqm of office and social room.
“The client had very definite expectations regarding the space and location of his new headquarters. After presenting the available alternatives, a decision was made to choose the corner module at Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź II, which provides direct access from a local road and is equipped with a gate at level “0”. The client moves to a high-bay warehouse in an excellent standard, which will enable him to expand further in Poland and abroad.” – comments Jakub Wojtera, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.
A city warehouse in Łódź close to the city center

Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź II is a municipal investment consisting of two warehouse buildings with a total area of approx. 33,000 sqm. The logistics center is located approx. 4 km from the center of Łódź, near public transport stops, 5.5 km from the newly built section of the A1 motorway and 18 km from the A2 motorway. High standard and flexible modules allow future tenants both storage and light manufacturing.
