AXI IMMO advises for the new tenants Oriflame headquarters, the Röhrenschef Law Office, the food and nutrient supplier of VION Food, consulting companies SSI SA, PAAN Capital and SourceByNet.

AXI IMMO, an expert in commercial property, has advised on the selection of new company headquarters for Oriflame, which this week officially opened its office in the Nova Mokotów complex in Warsaw. The company, a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Poland, has leased 4500 sqm. of office space. Moreover, in recent months AXI IMMO has represented five other companies in negotiations: the law firm Röhrenschef, the provider of food and nutrients VION Food, the consulting firms SSI SA and PAAN Capital, and SourceByNet a supplier of furniture components.
Oriflame has leased space on two floors and space on the ground floor of Nova Mokotów. The space has been divided into an office part, which will be occupied by the operational units of the Polish branch of the company and the EMEA region, and a service and display area on the ground floor. The ground floor will include a showroom, an order collection point, a service centre for consultants and a training and conference centre. The office has been designed in accordance with the Swedish company’s philosophy, which places great emphasis on ecology and simplicity. The architects Massive Design from Warsaw and TEA from Stockholm cooperated on the project. The Office in Warsaw is to be a model on which a book of standards will be created for the design of further Oriflame offices in other locations.
AXI IMMO’s latest rentals in Warsaw
AXI IMMO, in line with the company’s strategy adopted last year, is developing an office department, confirmation of which is its cooperation with further companies. Recently, all contracts have been related to the lease of office space in Warsaw. Headquarters have been found for: VION Food, a distributor of food and nutrition components, which has leased 350 sqm. in an office building at 6 Lewartowskiego Street, while the law firm Röhrenschef extended its contract and has taken additional space in the Nautilus office building (350 sqm). The transaction advisor PAAN Capital has moved to Warsaw Financial Center (130 sqm), SSI SA has taken 250 sqm. in Ochota Residence at 26 Niemcewicza Street, and SourceByNet has moved to Platan Park in Ursynów.
“Tenants often seek office space in Warsaw that is located centrally or in adjacent neighbourhoods. However, regardless of the district, a key factor for most customers is the availability of public transport. In addition, an important element is the question of ecological solutions offered by the building, and thus the potential for reducing operating costs,” said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
“We are gradually expanding our group of clients. Thanks to our experienced commercial real estate advisors, we are competing effectively with international agencies, testimony to which is the subsequent lease transactions, including office space, which is a relatively new business sector for us,” commented Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
