AXI IMMO brokers transaction for JAS-FBG
AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate, has advised one of the largest logistics operators in Poland, JAS-FBG, on contract renewal and the lease of additional warehouse space.

AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate, has advised one of the largest logistics operators in Poland, JAS-FBG, on contract renewal and the lease of additional warehouse space in Bielsko-Biala. JAS-FBG will occupy 10 188 sqm. in the warehouse park owned by Invesco Real Estate.
JAS-FBG SA is a leading logistics operator in Poland. The company provides comprehensive logistics services, including transport services and road, rail, sea and air freight forwarding as well as groupage shipments in Europe. JAS-FBG has around 40 000 sqm. of warehouse space in Poland and with 70 branches it has the highest number of customs agencies in Poland. The warehouse in Bielsko-Biala is an important centre, where JAS-FBG serves clients in the FMCG sector. In addition, the company’s International Groupage Freight Forwarding Department is located there. Due to new orders, the company has extended the contract and leased additional space. The operator will occupy 10 188 sqm. of warehouse and office space in Bielsko-Biała.
“The Bielsko-Biala area is a perfect warehouse location for logistics customers who are looking for a place to organise the distribution both in the region of southern Poland and in the entire Southern Europe region. The proximity to the border with the Czech Republic, a fairly good road infrastructure and the special economic zone are advantages worth considering while choosing storage area”, said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
“This is another project on which we have advised JAS-FBG. Our objective is always to negotiate the best terms, which will affect the customer’s competitiveness and its further development,” added Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
The distribution centre, which is owned by Invesco Real Estate, is located directly on route E75 with Cieszyn to the south-east and Gdansk to the north. The buildings are Class A, with modern technical facilities. The total area of the park is 41 000 sqm.
