AXI IMMO, Poland’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm, continues to strengthen its Industrial & Logistics business line. Katarzyna Myjak has joined the company as Senior Business Advisory Manager, reinforcing the firm’s advisory capabilities in the industrial and logistics sector.

Katarzyna Myjak has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, covering leasing, business development and portfolio management. Prior to joining AXI IMMO, she was associated with developer CTP, where, as Senior Business Developer, she was responsible for the commercialisation of industrial and logistics space across Poland. In this role, she led lease negotiations, developed tenant relationships and cooperated closely with operational teams to optimise leasing processes and ensure efficient onboarding of new clients.
Previously, she worked more than a decade with H&M Group, where she was responsible for leasing and expansion strategy across the Central and Eastern Europe region. Her remit included managing a portfolio of retail and office properties, negotiating with international landlords and preparing market entry strategies for new countries.
