The toy manufacturer and distributor has extended the lease of approximately 8,550 sqm at MLP Pruszków II. The tenant was advised in the transaction by the Axi Immo agency.

Simba Toys Poland has extended its lease of approximately 8,550 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II complex, including around 300 sqm of office space. Axi Immo brokered the lease agreement.

Cooperation Since 2021

The tenant has been operating at the facility for over four years, having moved into MLP Pruszków II in January 2021. Simba Toys Poland is part of the German Simba Dickie Group. The Simba & Dickie Group is one of the five largest toy manufacturers and distributors in Europe, offering a wide range of products including dolls, toy cars, interactive toys, and more.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings within the park are BREEAM-certified. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the rooftops.

MLP Pruszków II offers excellent transport connectivity, with convenient access to both central Warsaw and major routes linking the capital to other cities. The park is situated between local road No. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików interchange. Nearby international railway lines further enhance its logistics capabilities, making it an ideal hub for both domestic and international distribution. The park also features a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station on-site.
