Rok-Log Logistic, a Polish company offering comprehensive logistics services—ranging from warehousing, co-packing, and packaging to point-of-sale display assembly and e-commerce fulfilment—has taken a significant step in its expansion across the Greater Poland region. The company has signed a lease for approximately 3,700 sq m of modern warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań II. For Prologis, welcoming this new client signifies not only an increase in operational activity but also a clear advancement in quality. The facility’s high standard will provide employees with comfortable working conditions. At the same time, state-of-the-art logistics solutions and a strategic location will enhance the company’s ability to serve its growing customer base efficiently.
The DC1 building, where Rok-Log Logistic has located its operations, offers around 32,600 sq m of high-specification warehouse and office space. “This facility stands out for its combination of functional design and sustainable development features. Among the implemented technologies are smart metering systems and energy-efficient LED lighting, both of which reduce energy consumption and operational costs,” explains Iwona Kotulska, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager, Prologis.
“Leasing space in Prologis Park Poznań II is a strategic move aligned with our long-term development goals. We were looking for a facility that could support our future scaling plans, while also reflecting our values—operational efficiency, employee well-being, and environmental responsibility. A Class A warehouse in this location gives us the confidence to grow sustainably and meet evolving client expectations,” states Brunon Pogodziński, CEO of Rok-Log Logistic.
Prologis Park Poznań II: A Modern Logistics Hub
Prologis Park Poznań II is a state-of-the-art logistics centre that provides a solid foundation for seamless operational management. The complex is distinguished by its strategic location, excellent infrastructure, convenient road connections, expansive parking, and 24/7 security monitoring. An added advantage is its direct access to public transportation, ensuring a smooth commute for employees.
Poznań Region – A Strategic Choice
Rok-Log Logistic’s decision highlights the strategic importance of the Poznań metropolitan area. “Poznań is one of Poland’s most dynamic logistics markets and consistently ranks among the country’s ‘Big Five’ regions. Thanks to its central-western location and proximity to the German border, it remains highly attractive for companies seeking excellent connectivity, operational efficiency, and flexible warehouse space tailored for long-term growth. This is why Prologis continues to invest here. Currently, Prologis operates three logistics parks in the Poznań region, offering modern warehouse and office space. In addition, Prologis Park Poznań III includes fully prepared investment plots, where up to 90,000 sq m of new build-to-suit facilities can be developed, tailored to individual tenant requirements. The logistics and production park is located within city limits, ensuring convenient public transport access for employees,” notes Marzena Tkaczuk, Capital Deployment Director at Prologis.
The Poznań region offers a unique combination of central location and advanced transport infrastructure, making it a natural hub for both domestic and international logistics. Prologis reinforces this strategic advantage through its network of three parks: Prologis Park Poznań I & II in Sady, near the intersection of National Road 92 and Expressway S11, and Prologis Park Poznań III in Junikowo, on the city’s western side, close to the A2 motorway. This diversified platform, supported by shovel-ready plots for future development, allows Prologis to flexibly respond to market demand and deliver logistics spaces that support both current operations and long-term growth strategies.
