The company has signed a lease for approximately 3,700 sq m of modern warehouse space at Prologis Park Poznań II. The DC1 building, where Rok-Log Logistic has located its operations, offers around 32,600 sq m of high-specification warehouse and office space. “This facility stands out for its combination of functional design and sustainable development features. Among the implemented technologies are smart metering systems and energy-efficient LED lighting, both of which reduce energy consumption and operational costs,” explains Iwona Kotulska, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager, Prologis.
