One of the leading companies operating in the food sector has leased 10,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in the City Point Targowek park in Warsaw, Poland. In the lease transaction the tenant was supported by AXI IMMO real estate agency, the largest Polish consulting firm in the commercial real estate market in Poland. This is the largest lease transaction on the Warsaw logistics market in 2025, both in terms of size and the scope of customising the space to the tenant’s individual needs. The handover of the space is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

The lease covers space within the newly developed C1 building, designed and delivered to fully accommodate the tenant’s specific operational requirements. The transaction underscores the growing demand for tailor-made, strategically located logistics facilities in Warsaw’s urban core.

Due to the nature of their business, the client desired to be present in Warsaw within the city borders. Additionally, the food sector necessitates a number of adaptations and adherence to safety standards. A comprehensive analysis of the client’s needs and the opportunities offered by the Warsaw market for modern warehouse space resulted in the signing of a lease agreement for a new project that will be tailored to the client’s individual requirements from the beginning.“- adds Wojciech Waryś, Associate Partner, AXI IMMO.

Construction of the C1 building will commence in summer 2025, with preparatory works including site clearance and demolition already completed. Completion and occupancy are planned for the third quarter of 2026.
