SEGRO, a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial properties entered into cooperation with GEFCO Polska, the leader in logistics for the industrial and automotive sector. GEFCO is one more international company, which has appreciated the advantages of SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań.
GEFCO Polska, the leader of automotive and industrial logistics, offering global and innovative solutions for delivery and distribution logistics, is a new tenant at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań. GEFCO Polska is a part of GEFCO Group and it has been operating in Poland since April 1999 in two sectors: industrial logistics and transportation as well as automotive logistics and transportation. GEFCO, which operates in 150 countries, is one of the top ten logistical groups in Europe.
GEFCO Polska will move into its new location in early December. The company leased approximately 3 500 sq m of warehouse and about 500 sq m of office space. Within GEFCO’s facility located at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań individual technical solutions have been applied in consultation with the tenant, according to the standards observed by the company. One of the park’s main advantages is its location allowing for successful operation in the country and CEE region at large.

SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań is located in Komorniki municipality, close to Poznań, next to A2 motorway and national road no. 5 to Wrocław, and provides for flexible distribution within the whole agglomeration.
