Simba Toys Polska, a company belonging to the German Simba Dickie Group, will move into the MLP Pruszków II logistics complex and will receive over 8,000 Sqm. Modern warehouse and office space. During the negotiations, the tenant was supported by a team of specialists from AXI IMMO real estate agency.

Simba Toys Polska in the new hall

Simba Toys Polska will be the new tenant in the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. As part of the contract, the Group will receive approx. 8.4 thousand sqm modern space, of which approx. 8.1 thousand will be allocated for storage purposes and another 300 sq m will be an office and social part. The construction of the hall will start in the second half of June 2020 and the handover of the finished facility is planned for January 2021. The hall will be adapted to the individual needs of the client.

MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów commune, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, whose target leasable area is 309,000 sq m, of which nearly 200 thousand sqm. It is ready for use.
