Hines Poland opened office building, Sterling Business Center (SBC) at Sterling 8a street in Lodz.
The general contractor was Budimex, construction lasted 16 months.
The project, AClass building has about 13.4 thousand. sqm. The ground floor is retail and services, and underneath a garage with 170 spaces. Offices to 2.75 m in height.
Tenants are Philips, Nycomed, Budimex, Plano-Invest and the Arboretum. They rent a total of 2.5 thousand. sqm.
