Panattoni Europe, the leader in the industrial property market in Poland, has leased out space at Panattoni Park Poznań I. The new customer is HENDI Polska Sp. z o.o., which will take up 3,500 m2 of warehouse and office space in building 6. The warehouse under construction will offer 10,700 m2 of industrial space. The building will be commissioned around the end of Q1 of 2011.

HENDI Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of the international Hendi Group, which has been involved in the production and sales of professional catering equipment throughout Europe for over 70 years.

Panattoni Park Poznań I is a distribution centre totalling 164,700 m2. The investment comprises six buildings situated along the national expressway S11 in Gądki, 13 km from the centre of Poznań.
