MLP Group, praised the good results in the first half of 2010 and promises to debut on the stock exchange later this year.

Revenues developer Millennium Logistic Park Group (MLP Group) from sales during the first six months of 2010 totalled approximately 29.7 million zł, and operating profit 88.3 mln zł. Company’s net profit 63.8 mln zł.

In the first half of 2010, the investor has signed agreements with 13 tenants who have rented a total of 43.5 thousand. sqm. of warehouse and manufacturing space. Among them are companies: Edelmann, Apollo Electronics and Havi Logistics. At the same time, the value of all real estate MLP Group increased to 777.3 mln zł. (…)
