Goodman Group will build warehouse of more than 10 thousand. sqm. for the company Nissin. The project will be located in Łysomice, close to Toruń city. This will be the second store in Poland leased by Goodman to Nissan – the Japanese operator logistical support. Construction will begin in late September. Transmission magazine is scheduled for February 2011, Project will be financed from the fund, managed by Goodman European Logistics Fund. (…)
