Goodman Group has secured its second customer pre-commitment for its Kraków Airport Logistics Centre development with the signing of a lease for 3.500 sqm of warehouse and 366 sqm of office space to Eurodruk-Kraków.
Construction of the warehouse facility commenced in October and is now 50% pre-let, with Eurodruk-Kraków securing 23% of the lettable area and a further 27% pre-let to the development’s first customer, SCOT. Eurodruk-Kraków is a Kraków-based printing company, specialising in the production of books, magazines and advertising print. It belongs to the international group, Euro-Druckservice. On completion, the warehouse will provide almost 80 workplaces for Eurodruk-Kraków employees. The handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2011. Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is located near Kraków, four kilometres from Kraków-Balice International Airport. Easy access is also provided by the close proximity to the A4 expressway linking Kraków and Wrocław.
