The project will include 500 000 sqm and will be located in the immediate vicinity of the recently built container terminal DCT Gdańsk. Project partner is INVESTGDA.

The logistics centre will be the largest project of this type in Northern Poland. The value of the investment may exceed 300 million. Both the logistics park and the same property will be managed by a team of internal specialists in Goodman Group. Logistics Centre has located 20 km from the airport in Gdansk.
