The developer SEGRO Poland will build 8000 sqm. modern production and storage space. HL Display Company will launch the facility in Poland, its first manufacturing facility.

As planned, the investment will be completed in March 2011, the facility for the company HL Display is not the first draft of a build-to-suit pursued by SEGRO in Silesia. The developer has already built on the site for companies such as Plastic Omnium and Preis. (..)
