AXI IMMO, the leading commercial real estate advisory firm in Poland, received the Warehouse Agency Team of the Year award, confirming the company’s strong position in the industrial and logistics real estate market. This sector has been a core pillar of AXI IMMO’s operations for many years. Eurobuild Awards 2025 – AXI IMMO recognised as Warehouse Agency Team of the Year 2025

The Eurobuild CEE Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the Polish real estate industry. The jury consists of experts, leaders and practitioners representing all segments of the market. The voting process is fully independent and audited by KPMG, ensuring transparency and integrity. Jury voting is conducted entirely electronically, without direct meetings, and every vote is submitted directly to KPMG for verification.

In 2025, a total of 154 market experts participated in the Jury Awards voting. The jury includes representatives of real estate agencies, developers, advisors and consulting firms. Neither the organiser, Eurobuild Conferences, nor the editorial team of Eurobuild CEE take part in the voting; their role is limited to presenting the results at the gala. The transparent and audited process makes the Eurobuild CEE Awards one of the most trusted and reputable competitions in the CEE real estate market.

The Eurobuild CEE Awards 2025 gala took place on 4 December 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw.
