The Mazowieckie region remains Poland’s largest warehouse market. At the end of June 2026, its modern warehouse and industrial space totalled 7.74 million sq m. The region serves logistics, distribution and manufacturing operations, benefiting from its location around Warsaw and connections via the A2 motorway and the S2 and S8 expressways.
Beyond Warsaw's administrative boundaries, key warehouse locations include Pruszków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Błonie, Janki, Nadarzyn, Piaseczno, Marki, Radzymin, Czosnów and Modlin. The distribution of warehouse parks around the metropolitan area supports both the Warsaw consumer market and nationwide distribution.
