The Kujawsko-Pomorskie warehouse market is also potentially of interest to investors from the e-commerce sector.

In the first half of 2025, 34,000 sq m of modern logistics and production space (gross demand) was leased in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship. This was one of the lowest results among Polish regions during this period. In terms of new contracts (net demand), Kujawsko-Pomorskie also ranked in the lower part of the classification with 15,000 sq m.
