Bydgoszcz-Toruń warehouse market is the region developed in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in northern Poland, which is where the region has developed. It is a one of the emerging regions on Poland's warehouse map.

The primary developers, who also operate in other regions of Poland, constructed their logistics and production space offering on the warehousing market in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Panattoni, Fortress, and 7R are among the active participants.

Because of its central location on the Polish map, between four main distribution markets, tenants are increasingly choosing warehouse space in the vicinity of Bydgoszcz and Toruń.
