Additionally, the Lodz region is an important distribution center towards Central and Eastern Europe. Apart from the Łódź city there are also important logistics hubs in other cities of central Poland such as Rzgów, Stryków, Piotrków Trybunalski, Kutno, Rawa Mazowiecka, and Aleksandrów Łódzki.

In the Łódź Voivodeship, 152 thousand square meters of contemporary logistics and production space were leased during the first quarter of 2025. This is the third-best outcome among the provinces in Poland during this time. The warehouse market in the vicinity of Łódź is highly valued by clients and investors.
