ctPark ŁódźNorth Strykow is a new warehouse park in Central Poland, located near Lodz in Strykow. It is an A-class facility located at the confluence of Poland’s two main transportation routes – the A1 and A2 highways. It is a cross dock facility that can ideally be used for logistics operations. Strykow is referred to as one of the main transshipment hubs in Poland. This warehouse is realized with respect to ESG aspects.

Additionally, the Lodz region is an important distribution center towards Central and Eastern Europe. In the Łódź Voivodeship, 152 thousand square meters of contemporary logistics and production space were leased during the first quarter of 2025. This is the third-best outcome among the provinces in Poland during this time. The warehouse market in the vicinity of Łódź is highly valued by clients and investors. This is due to the region's strategic location at the intersection of the S8 road and the A1 and A2 major Polish highways, which facilitates the distribution of products throughout Poland. The rental of over 50,000 square meters in the P3 Łódź II park in the Łódź Voivodeship by a tenant from the retail sector was one of the largest lease transactions in Poland from January to March 2025.

Central Poland is the location of distribution centres for both Polish and international logistics companies, retail chains, electronics companies, and companies in the construction/DIY sector.
