The rental of over 50,000 square meters in the P3 Łódź II park in the Łódź Voivodeship by a tenant from the retail sector was one of the largest lease transactions in Poland from January to March 2025.

Central Poland is the location of distribution centres for both Polish and international logistics companies, retail chains, electronics companies, and companies in the construction/DIY sector. It is also a region that is preferred by e-commerce and companies that provide services to this sector, including courier companies and the packaging industry.
