By the end of the third quarter of 2025, the vacancy rate for modern warehouse spaces in the Łódź Voivodeship was 9.5%. There were 92,000 m² of storage and production space under construction. In Rzgów, the offering is particularly competitive due to its proximity to transit roads, attractive prices, and high-bay warehouse spaces—advantages appreciated by existing companies for efficient storage and distribution of goods.
