Panattoni Park Bytom will be delivered in the form of a BIGBOX with an area of approximately 130,000 sq m with the latest ecological solutions and with access to office space adapted to the requirements of future tenants. Modern halls will be equipped with hydraulic docks, gates from level 0, sprinklers, smoke vents, and will also offer customers wide maneuvering areas, parking spaces, bicycle shelters and electric charging stations. The location at the junction of two important routes DK11 and the A1 motorway ensures quick transport and easy access to employees.
