Grzegorz Chmielak is the Head of the Valuation and Advisory department. Grzegorz has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. He previously gained experience in the financial sector over many years, working for HypoVereinsbank Bank Hipoteczny S.A., Bank Pekao S.A., and WestImmo. Before joining AXI IMMO, he spent 11 years at Knight Frank, where he was responsible for property valuation and advisory services in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). At Knight Frank, he also served as a Managing Partner. Grzegorz’s numerous responsibilities include managing the valuation area, building client relationships, and developing business in this sector.
Grzegorz is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), holds property valuer’s licence no. 3064, and is certified as CIS HypZert (MLV). He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, postgraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University, and an MBA from the National Louis University — Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in Nowy Sącz.
Joanna Walczyńska, Head of the Valuation and Advisory department, brings 17 years of experience in property valuation for Polish and international companies, banks, investors, and developers. As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a licensed property valuer (no. 5118), and a CCIM certificate holder, she is a recognised expert in her field.
Joanna is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed an MBA at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
