Smart Cargo Solutions in Pruszków

Smart Cargo Solutions Sp. z o.o. signed a lease agreement with MLP Group of 2115 sq m. space in the logistics park MLP Pruszków I. Almost 2050 sq m. will be used for warehouse purposes and 65 sq m. for social and office needs. The object will be handed over to the tenant in February 2019. The AXI IMMO agency advised on the transaction.

MLP Park Pruszków I warehouse park

The MLP Pruszków I is the first park created by the MLP Group. On the 43 hectares was created 170,695 sq m of warehouse and production space.
