A modern distribution space close to Warsaw to improve WDT Group's operational processes

WDT Group, a company providing logistical assistance for customers in the e-commerce sector, has become the newest tenant at the Hillwood Janki Sokołów warehouse centre. AXI IMMO represented the client in the transaction.

WDT Group assists customers in the industry’s distribution of products, mainly to online suppliers and vendors. Along with package and product shipping inside Poland and the EU, the firm offers a full-service commodities storage solution. WDT Group provides innovative and convenient tools that enable both businesses and individuals to quickly and easily deliver packages to their recipients.
To support its dynamic growth, WDT Group has decided to lease over 4,100 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at Hillwood Janki Sokołów.

Hillwood Janki Sokołów is a state-of-the-art warehouse center spanning over 33,000 sqm, located 17 km southwest of Warsaw’s city center, directly at the Salomea-Wolica exit of the S8 route. The facility features a high-storage warehouse hall with a height of 10 meters.
In line with Hillwood’s commitment to sustainability, the facility is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. The building also boasts the highest standard of fire resistance, rated above 4000 MJ/sqm, and is monitored 24/7. Additionally, it offers a large and convenient parking area.
