Uniq Logistic enters Kutno
Uniq Logistic leases nearly 2,500 sq m. Over Warehouse and office space in Hillwood Kutno. AXI IMMO acted as an intermediary in the lease transaction and in winning a contract with the client.
As part of the business development strategy, the logistics company Uniq Logistic has decided to lease nearly 2,500 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Kutno distribution centre. AXI IMMO has acted as an intermediary in both the lease transaction and acquiring a contract with a client from the manufacturing sector in Central Poland.
Uniq Logistic is a Polish TSL sector company, which has been operating on the domestic market since 2008. Its offer includes comprehensive solutions in logistics, ensuring, above all, timely deliveries and cost optimisation. The Uniq Logistic headquarter is located in Łódź. Still, the dynamic development strategy and the trust of many customers allowed for branches in other major warehouse and logistics markets in Poland, including in Gdynia, Katowice, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław.
Uniq Logistic in Kutno
“The location in Kutno is in line with our development strategy in markets with high logistics potential. We are one of the first companies that decided to enter locally, among others, by signing a contract with a production client who needs our support in contract logistics. We will provide comprehensive service as transport services, logistic operations and storing goods in the warehouse before delivering them to end customers,” said Jarosław Płusa, Uniq Logistic, CEO.
As part of the signed contract, the logistics company Uniq Logistic will occupy over 2,400 warehouse space and an additional approx. 70 sqm office and social space in Hillwood Kutno.
Uniq Logistic once again with AXI IMMO
“The success of the concluded lease agreement is a component of many factors. The most important was the delivery of A-class warehouse space, meeting all the client’s corporate requirements from the production sector, and a relatively short distance between the factory and the warehouse. We feel delighted with the implementation of this order with Uniq Logistic, which allows for further development of one of our local clients,” says Damian Kińczyk, Consultant, Industrial & Logistic Agency, AXI IMMO.
“The Uniq Logistic company is a recognised brand on the Polish logistics market, which carries out many contracts, helping both large and local companies develop. Entering the new market to Kutno, which has not been adopted logistically yet, was dictated by signing a contract with a new client. The contract is a model example of a good relationship with the client, as well as a thorough knowledge of the local market, which allowed us to provide comprehensive solutions that satisfy both parties,” adds Hubert Wojtera, Director, Industrial & Logistic Agency, AXI IMMO.
“We are glad that Uniq Logistic chose the Hillwood Kutno logistics centre when entering a new market. The advantage of the warehouse is its perfect location – near the A1 motorway exit, only a 10-minute drive from the A1 and A2 motorway intersection, and at the same time close to the city,” says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director, Hillwood Polska. “Located in the very centre of Poland, Kutno is becoming an important destination on the logistic map of the country. The excellent location and communication infrastructure make Kutno a perfect choice for manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce and many other companies. An unquestionable advantage is also excellent access to qualified employees in and around the city,” adds Wojciech Dachnewski.
Hillwood Kutno distribution center
is a distribution centre offering over 32,600 sqm modern warehouse space. The location of the logistics park right next to the “Kutno” exit, which crosses the A1 motorway with the national road 92, and about 10 minutes from the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways, provides comfortable conditions for the distribution of goods in every direction in Poland.
