Seifert Polska and Daimler Truck Polska bet on the “Stryków Junction” and SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków
AXI IMMO advises Seifert Polska on the lease of almost 6900 sq m at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. Seifert Polska will operate the Daimler Truck logistics centre here.

Seifert Polska, a subsidiary of an international logistics operator, and Daimler Truck, a global leader in trucks, has chosen SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków and an area of almost 6900 sqm as the location of their developing cooperation in Poland. It is a modern and ecological logistics park owned by SEGRO, a leading owner, manager and developer of warehouse and production space, and the transaction was mediated by AXI IMMO agency.
Seifert Polska has won a tender for the operation of a logistics centre in Poland for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of premium commercial vehicles: Daimler Truck. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is another location where these companies will strengthen their cooperation. Seifert Polska belongs to the Seifert Logistics Group, a German logistics operator with an international reach, with 45 locations in Europe. Seifert Logistics centres are present where the automotive industry is developing. Also in Poland: in Upper Silesia in Bielsko-Biała and in Mysłowice and in Lower Silesia in Jawor, where since 2019 the Upper Silesia District Police have been reminiscent of the Upper Silesia Region. Seifert provides its customers with internal and external logistics services for the motor and battery factory. Other Seifert Polska centres are located in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław and Ostrołęka.
‘We have been cooperating with the Mercedes-Benz Group in Poland for several years’ – comments Aleksandra Wacławczyk, Head of Tender Management Seifert Polska in the area of logistics. “For Daimler Truck AG, we were looking for a logistics space that would ensure a very smooth spare parts flow for the 40 Mercedes-Benz Trucks service points in Polish, including their transport for one-stop shop for individual orders. The agreement we have concluded with SEGRO is the culmination of our search. We are pleased with the potential of this location and the ‘green’ solutions offered by this park.’

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the largest SEGRO park in Central Europe, which has as much as 85 ha of investment area. The modern logistics park is located in the centre of Polish in close proximity to Łódź (19 km from the city centre) and stands out for its excellent location. It lies directly on the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznań–Warsaw) and 6 km from the intersection of the A1 and A2 (junction: Łódź-Północ).
