Recticel Komfort Snu Sp. z o.o. – part of the Belgian corporation Recticel, a leading European producer of polyurethane foam, mattresses and bed frames, with more than 100 manufacturing plants in 28 countries, is staying at Panattoni Park Łódź South. The company has been present in Poland since 1993, and in the developer’s park in Łódź for five years. Close to 21,000 sqm occupied by the tenant serve as production and warehousing space for mattresses made under renowned brands of Sembella, Schlaraffia and Modulia, as well as office space. The purpose of the space, as well as the bespoke solutions in place, make the contract a comprehensive lease.

Central Poland is the nation’s third-biggest market for warehouse space, with some 1 million square metres on offer, while Panattoni Europe’s portfolio in the region comprises four parks with total space at full build-out of more than 313k sqm.
