In Q4 2015 the company will start the construction of Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz. This will be a production, warehouse and logistics complex with a planned built-up area of app. 90,000 sqm. The project, which is to be carried out in three stages, will cover app. 18.5 ha and app. 5.5-ha in the first stage. The site, which is covered by a valid zoning plan, is located near ul. Mokra and ul. Chemiczna in the south-eastern part of the city.

“Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz will include facilities designed in line with the requirements of modern warehouse and logistics management as well as space suitable for production processes. Tenants of the park will offered ideal premises for operating their businesses taking into consideration the unique character of each company. The centre will also feature the possibility of unhindered round-the-clock activities,” emphasises Andrzej Rosiński, the president of the board of Waimea Holding.
