Luxiona, a provider of lighting solutions for commercial spaces, has signed a lease agreement for 430 sqm of office space in the Greenwings Offices complex in Warsaw. The leased area will house the Polish branch of Luxiona as well as a showroom showcasing its lighting solutions. The tenant was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO, the largest Polish commercial real estate advisory firm.

Luxiona is a European company specialising in the design, manufacturing and distribution of lighting solutions. The company’s main office is in Barcelona, Spain, and it operates across numerous European markets, including Poland, Germany, France and Italy. The Group has been active for more than 90 years, supplying innovative lighting systems for both interior and exterior applications. Luxiona designs and delivers technology and products for commercial, industrial and architectural environments. In Poland, the company runs a commercial office in Ożarów Mazowiecki near Warsaw and operates its own production facility in Jacentów near Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.

With the support of AXI IMMO, Poland’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm, Luxiona selected its new Polish headquarters and showroom space in the Greenwings building, part of the Greenwings Offices scheme, located at 48 Komitetu Obrony Robotników Street in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

A crucial factor in the selection was the availability of parking spaces for showroom customers, which we were able to provide within the scheme. The building also met the key technical requirements as well as the expected space standards”.

Greenwings Offices is a seven-storey Class A office building located at 48 Komitetu Obrony Robotników Street in Warsaw’s Włochy district, in the vicinity of the Warsaw Chopin Airport. The building offers more than 10,850 sqm of leasable space, 270 parking spaces across three underground levels, conference rooms, cyclist facilities and pro-environmental solutions. The project was designed by JEMS Architekci, and the general contractor was CFE Polska. The building holds a BREEAM “Very Good” certification. The developer was OKRE Development.
