International logistics operator Ligentia Group has extended its lease agreement for more than 15,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Prologis Park Poznań II warehouse complex. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the transaction.

The tenant will occupy 14,600 sqm of logistics space, supplemented by over 1,000 sqm of office space.

Modern logistics center

Prologis Park Poznań II is a modern logistics center located 15 kilometers west of downtown Poznań. It comprises a complex of warehouse buildings equipped with office modules, with a total area of 120,000 sqm. The DK92 national road, the main transport artery leading north to Szczecin, west towards Germany and south to the Czech Republic, runs near the park. This is an important factor in facilitating goods’ rapid and efficient distribution in various directions.
