Kucera Logistics Group’s new logistics center in Pruszków
Michał Kucera, President of the Board, Kucera Logistics Group Sp. z o.o Sp. K., explains: “Increased demand for various transportation services from clients in our portfolio has influenced the decision to develop operations that enable us to operate in both the Mazovia region and the northeastern part of Poland. The opening of a new logistics center in Pruszków primarily builds a local logistics base for expansion and increases the visibility of the Kucera Logistics Group brand in these regions. The warehouse near Warsaw provides access to a skilled workforce, and its location on the A2 highway allows quick and good access to the headquarters near Poznań.”
A warehouse for logistics operations
The tenant will occupy 3,135 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, supplemented by 110 sqm of office and staff area.
Rafał Jełowicki, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, adds: “The Client very clearly specified his expectations from the new distribution center, as a result of which we were looking for a warehouse that, among other things, would have numerous docks. In turn, the desire to start logistics operations quite quickly, among the preferred parks were those available immediately. The offer prepared by Panattoni came closest to the Client’s expectations. Additionally, it guaranteed him good visibility of the logo from the A2 highway.”
Maciej Skurczynski, Leasing Manager, Panattoni, emphasizes: “Panattoni Park Pruszków V is one of our newest warehouse investments in the Mazovia region. It is a distribution center intended to meet all the requirements of logistics operators or TSL companies. Undoubtedly, among the advantages of the investment are the excellent visibility and exposure of the logistics center from the A2 highway and the relatively short distance from Warsaw and Pruszków, which provides almost unlimited access to qualified employees.“
